How to Get Donations From Bath & Body Works

Limited Brands is the parent company to many well-known, specialty retail stores such as Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works. As part of Bath & Body Works philanthropic mission and commitment to social responsibility, it makes product and gift card donations to certain public charities that are tax-exempt under paragraph 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. To receive product donations, non-profit organizations must meet the company's requirements and send an online application at least 30 days before date of need. All charitable-donation product requests are processed and issued through Limited Brands, Inc.

Log onto Limited Brands website at limitedbrands.com. Select the "Responsibility" link at the top of the web page. This will prompt a drop-down list. Click on the "Community" link.

Click on the "Request Support" link on the left side of the computer screen. This will present a list of support options.

Review guidelines by clicking on the "What We Do Not Fund" link listed in the menu on the left side of the screen. Determine whether your request for Bath & Body Works products matches donation criteria. For example, Limited Brands does not provide donations to political candidates or organizations, athletes, sporting events or tournaments of any kind, nor teams. Other exempt events include telethons and walk-a-thons, fashion shows and individuals for any purpose. Return to "Request a Product Donation" page.

Click on the "Request Product Donation" link. This will take you to the donation-request page.

Enter your non-profit organization's tax ID number into the designated space to begin your application process. Continue to follow the system prompts to complete your application and submit it.
