How to Disable the MSN Toolbar
The MSN Toolbar, also known as the Bing Toolbar, provides users with a variety of helpful features, such as news updates, sports headlines, a search box and weather information. These helpful features come at the price of some screen space, though; if you have a small monitor, you might want to remove the toolbar. If you want to still be able to reactivate the toolbar without having to reinstall it, you can simply hide it from view by disabling it.
