With the variety of programs available, and file types that can be used, it is confusing trying to find the best type. You can send songs to your Cricket cell phone in just a few seconds from your computer by simply using your email address and your text message inbox, allowing you to select any song from your library.

Instructions

      Open the emailing program on your computer and open a new and blank message that you will be sending to your Cricket phone.

      Select "Add Attachments" on the email on your computer and use the pop-up menu to navigate through your folders for a song to add.

      Click on the song and click "Open". The file will then load to your message in a few seconds.

      Click on the "To:" field and enter the email address for your text message inbox. This can be formatted with your ten-digit wireless number and the Cricket domain name @sms.mycricket.com. For example, your number might look like this: 5551234567@sms.mycricket.com.

      Click "Send" and the message and song will be delivered to your text inbox.
