How to Disable the Internal Wireless Network Card on the Dell Latitude 600

You can disable the internal wireless network card on a Dell Latitude D600 laptop using the network connections in Windows XP, the operating system that is preloaded onto the D600. Because disabling the wireless card is a function of the operating system, there is no method of disabling the card that is specific to the Dell Latitude D600. You will not be able to connect to any wireless network until you re-enable the card.
