How to Replace a Tile Roof Shingle
Roofs are a relatively low maintenance component of a house. It is necessary to clean tile roofs regularly to prevent the build of moss and lichen. This dampness may cause rotting or leaks of the tile. Cut back trees over the roof to aid in drying and to prevent damage from falling limbs. If a roof tile is damaged, water may leak into the roof causing interior home damage. Replacing one or several tiles may reduce damage inside the home. Does this Spark an idea?
