How to Add Funds to PayPal With a Credit Card
PayPal is an international financial organization that allows account holders to transfer funds to other account holders, bank accounts and commercial organizations. PayPal is often used as a secure method of funds transfer by Internet-based retail organizations and by people buying their products online. You can use PayPal to transfer funds to someone else only if you have the funds in your PayPal account. PayPal does not allow you to add funds to your account by using your credit card directly, but you can legally use your credit card to send money to yourself by using a second email account.

Tips & Warnings
Write down the new email account name and password, and keep them in a safe place. As you probably won't be using this email address often, you may forget the email name and password.
With the new account, you can only use a credit card that has not already been registered to your existing PayPal account.
