Zune MArketplace allows subscribers to download an unlimited amount of music for a periodic fee.

The Zune Marketplace allows subscribers to download an unlimited amount of music for a periodic fee. You may be confused if you open up Zune one day and try to play your music only for it to tell you that it's locked. This is a common problem amongst Zune subscribers and there is an easy solution.

Instructions

    • 1

      Click "Sign In" on the upper right-hand corner of your Zune software.

    • 2

      Type in the email address and password of your Zune account.

    • 3

      Click "Sign In" and wait for the dialog box to disappear. This will unlock your music.
