How to Load Videos Onto a Philips GoGear
Your Philips GoGear media player functions as an MP3 player, picture holder and video player. You can place videos onto your GoGear by subscribing to Philips Full Sound. If you don't want to pay for a subscription or have other videos you would like to use in addition to your subscription, you can load the videos directly from your computer to your device.

Ensure that the video you want to load onto your Philips GoGear is saved to your computer's hard drive. This can be videos that you downloaded from the Internet or videos clips that you uploaded from a DVD.

Download and install the Philips Media Converter software onto your computer. This software should have come with your GoGear. If not, you can download it for free through the Philips GoGear website.

Connect your Philips GoGear to your computer. To do this, connect one end of the GoGear USB cable to the USB port of the device. Connect the other end to the USB port of your computer.

Open the Media Converter program on your computer. Click the "Add Media" button inside of the program. Browse through the video files on your computer. Click the ones you want to upload. Once uploaded, the videos will appear in the Media Converter window.

Click the option to convert to "current device." You will see this option listed at the bottom of the screen.

Wait as the videos are converted into the proper format. As the videos are converted, they will automatically load onto your GoGear device.

Click your Windows "Start" button. Select "Computer." Right-Click on the icon for your Philips GoGear device. Select "Eject." Disconnect your GoGear from your computer by removing the USB cable.
