How to View Closed Circuit TV on the Internet

You can use your computer to view closed circuit television programs.

Closed circuit TV is programming that is not broadcast on a network. In order to view closed circuit TV, you have to be in the location where the channel is set up to broadcast, such as a school, hospital or workplace. In order to view it online, the closed circuit TV station must be set up to broadcast on an Internet site.

Instructions

1. Ask someone at the television network if it broadcasts to a private online site. If it does, get the website address. If it does not, you won't be able to view it. However, if the people running the network get enough requests, they might set it up to view online, so keep asking and keep checking back.

2. Type the website address you were given into the address bar on your computer. Make sure you have a computer that has software to watch videos, and a sound card to listen to them.

3. Click on the screen that appears on the website you have typed in. The closed circuit program should be ready for viewing.
