How to Use Exchange OWA With an iPhone

Microsoft Exchange offers a server system that allows users of certain devices such as an iPhone to connect to it. From there, the Exchange server can access and download a person's email, contacts or calendar onto the iPhone. Even if your access is provided by Outlook Web Access, you can still download your information to the iPhone.

  Tap the "Settings" app on your iPhone, then tap "Mail, Contacts and Calendar."

  Tap on the "Add Account" icon in the window that appears.

  Tap on the "Microsoft Exchange" server.

  Enter your e-mail address, OWA server's username and your password.
