How to Build Muscle Quick and Easy
Building muscle not only improves the aesthetic appeal of your body but also increases overall strength. In order to build muscle you must follow a healthy diet, a regular workout routine, and take good care of your body in general. While this might sound difficult at first thought, it is possible to build muscle easily by providing your body with what it needs.

1
Modify your diet based upon your daily caloric intake needs. Make sure that you are eating enough calories to support muscle and weight gain each day; otherwise your body will not build muscle quickly.
-
2
Take a daily multivitamin to provide your body with enough vitamins to support a healthy system. Pick a multivitamin suited to your age and gender for best results.

3
Eat 10 to 20 grams of protein 30 minutes before each workout session. Eating protein prepares your muscles for exercise and helps them bulk up quickly. A good way to get your required protein is by consuming a protein shake or protein bar.
-
4
Allow each muscle group a 48-hour break between workout sessions. This does not mean that you can only work out once every two days; simply target a different muscle group with each workout session. For example, work your arms on one day, core muscles the next and legs the following day. Following that example, each muscle group would have time to rest, heal and prepare for more muscle gain.

Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Your body needs to be sufficiently rested to support fast muscle gain. An average, active adult should get eight to 10 hours of sleep a night. If you wake up tired and feel physically drained before even arriving at the gym, you should not work out that day.
