How to Juice Your Pomegranate
Pomegranates have been part of the symbolic and culinary culture of the Caucasus and Middle East since ancient times. The pomegranate is a large orb-like fruit containing edible seeds that are surrounded by a sweet pulp and cushioned by white inedible flesh known as the pith. Pomegranates are known for their health properties, such as Vitamin C and antioxidants. Although the seeds are popular to eat, in the Caucasus a pomegranate is most popular in juice form.
