Some of football's best fans are in the parking lot, where you should let your team colors fly.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Wash the car, truck, van or whatever you're driving. You don't want to attract attention to a dirty vehicle. Clean the inside of the car, too.

  2. Step 2

Let your friends know where you are by flying your own personalized flag from a telescopic pole that fits under your tire.

  3. Step 3

Place team pennants on the vehicle.

  4. Step 4

Use colored window paint to paint the windows with team colors and letters.

  5. Step 5

Wrap the truck grille (if you have a truck) with streamers and balloons.

  6. Step 6

Hang signs on the sides of your vehicle that cheer on your favorite player.

  7. Step 7

For a college game, bring a tape of the school band to play from your car stereo.

Tips & Warnings
  • All decorations will need to be removed before you leave the parking lot. Wash or scrape the paint off the windows before moving your vehicle.

on 11/22/2005 When we tailgate for the Vikings we always bring Jello shots in the team colors. And you can't forget the Redi-Whip. Make sure you share with your neighbors on the tailgate lot. It is a great way to make friends.

on 11/22/2005 As long as you're painting, add your favorite players' numbers to the decor on your already eyecatching vehicle.
