- White, pink and brown card stock
- Scissors
- Glue
- Scalloped craft scissors

Choose white card stock that provides a background for pink and brown designs to it. A plain white or ivory card stock makes a blank palette for adding images.

Create the cover of the cards first. Choose shapes, such as a cradle or baby bottle, and cut them out using the pink and brown card stock. Add designs such as pink and brown stripes along the top and bottom of the card.

Glue the pink and brown pieces to the front of each card and allow them to dry before moving to the interior.

Use the scalloped craft scissors to cut out two different sizes of squares from the pick and brown card stock. Cut larger brown pieces and slightly smaller pink ones. Leave enough room to write the invitation information on the pink squares.

Glue the pink squares to the brown squares to create an offset and slightly raised place to write the invitation information. This will draw attention to the colors and make the invitations stand out.

Glue the information squares into each invitation and allow them to dry completely before writing invitation information on them.

Write the location and time of the baby shower, as well as any other information necessary, inside the invitations on the pink square. Then they are ready to mail.
