How to Make Your Own Decorations for a Sweet 15 Party

In Latino culture, many girls celebrate a "sweet 15" birthday or quinceanara. Much like a bat mitzvah or sweet 16, a sweet 15 is the transition of a girl into a woman. For some people, the quinceanara party can be as elaborate as a wedding. The party can be very costly, since you may have to rent a reception hall to accommodate all the guests, ceremonial activities and food served. One way to trim costs is to decorate the party yourself. Choose decorations that match the sweet 15 girl's tastes. Does this Spark an idea?
