How to Remove Pimple Scars at Home
Pimple scars may be unavoidable, but there are several home remedies that can offer some relief. Over time, with several applications, your scars may fade some. Use ingredients from your kitchen to make a mixture using natural ingredients that will not harm your skin. Things You'll Need
- Cleanser
- Lemon
- Plastic wrap
- Bowl
- Cup
- Cotton ball
- Baking soda
- Tablespoon
- Cloth
- Olive oil
Instructions

Lemon Juice

Wash your face with a gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser. Rinse your face with cool water.

Slice a lemon in half. Wrap half of the lemon in plastic wrap and store it for use later.

Squeeze the juice from the remaining half in a bowl or cup.

Dab a cotton ball in the juice and dab the wet cotton ball on the scars.

Leave the lemon juice on the scars for 10 minutes then rinse the juice away. Lemon juice contains alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), a type of citric acid that encourages cell production. AHA is also an antiseptic.
Baking Soda Mixture

Mix one tablespoon of baking soda with two tablespoons of purified water in a small clean cup.

Scoop up a small amount of the paste you created with your finger.

Leave the paste on your face for two minutes.

Wash the baking soda paste from your face with a warm washcloth. Pat it dry with a dry soft cloth.

Dab a little olive oil on the scar to moisturize it. Baking soda will fade discolored skin and make skin feel smoother.

Tips & Warnings
Avoid sunlight for a few hours after using the lemon juice treatment. Sunlight may cause your treated skin to bleach.
