How to Remove a Price Tag From Glass

Remove price tags from glass with vinegar.

When you have a price tag on a glass vase or drinking glass, you may try to peel off the price tag sticker only to find that it seems impossible to remove not only the sticker, but also that sticky glue residue underneath. You might try peeling off the price tag with a knife or razor blade, or even soak the price tag in hot water, but this typically still leaves behind at least a little residue that still isn't removed. Instead, use a quick routine that removes the price tag with ease.

Things You'll Need

• Paper towels
• White vinegar

Instructions

1. Drench a paper towel with pure white vinegar.

2. Sit the paper towel on top of the price tag, and leave it there for 10 minutes.

3. Come back to the glass, remove the paper towel and peel off the sticker.

4. Rub off any leftover glue with the wet paper towel.

5. Rinse the area and dry it with a clean paper towel.
