Things You'll Need:
- Pastry dough for a 9-inch pie pant
- Food processor
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. pecans broken into pieces
- 1 c. heavy creams whipped
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 lightly beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry dough.

Put eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup and vanilla in a food processor, and blend well.

Stir in pecans.

Pour mixture into the lined pie pan.

Bake 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees F, and bake 35 minutes.

Serve with unsweetened whipped cream.
