How to Clean Glass Sinks

Glass sinks can be very stunning and add a certain amount of sophistication and modern charm to the room, but they aren't the most practical choice for a sink. If you have a glass sink in your home, you will need to employ special methods to clean it properly.

Things You'll Need

• Bucket
• Glass cleaner
• Soft cloths

Instructions

1. Dilute glass cleaner in a bucket of warm water. You can use plain water, but adding a small amount of glass cleaner will enhance the shine of your glass sink.

2. Avoid abrasive cleaners and don't use very hot water to clean. Both of these elements can damage your glass sink.

3. Wipe down the entire surface of your glass sink with the cleaning solution you created, using a soft cloth.

4. Dry your glass sink thoroughly with a second soft cloth. Be sure there are no wet areas because these can cause water spots.

5. Wipe off your glass sink with a dry cloth every day to continue preventing water spots.
