How to Clean Dried Up Egg Off of Aluminum Siding
Maybe it's Halloween, or maybe you just have some mischievous kids in the neighborhood, but someone has decided to egg your house. Since this happened during the night, of course the egg has had plenty of time to dry onto your aluminum siding. You might have tried rinsing off the egg but quickly realized this just isn't effective. The key is to incorporate a basic cleaning product that breaks up all that egg residue in seconds. Rinse off your siding with the garden hose to moisten the dried egg.

Pour 1/4 cup dish soap and 2 quarts hot water into a bucket.

Dip a nylon scrub brush in the soapy water and begin scrubbing the siding. The egg should dissolve quickly.

Swish a toothbrush in the soapy water and scrub along siding seams and joints where the scrub brush cannot reach.

Rinse the siding once more with your garden hose.
