Marble countertops are found in many modern luxury homes and are also a popular upgrade in the kitchens of many older homes. The marble provides a luxurious, attractive yet subtle kitchen addition that is heavy duty and highly durable. To properly care for the marble countertops, you need to know how to clean them. Wipe the marble countertops with a damp cloth each day, and dry with a clean dish towel to prevent streaking or water spots.

Drizzle about 1/2 squirt or 1/2 tsp. dish soap onto the damp cloth and continue wiping when the water alone doesn't remove all of the buildup.

Wipe the counters with a damp cloth to remove leftover soap residue, and dry with a dish towel.

Spray a light mist of stone soap onto the counters about once a month, or as you see fit when the dish soap alone doesn't clean to your liking.

Wipe the stone soap off with a damp cloth and dry with a dish towel.

Tips & Warnings
Cut all foods on cutting boards, as knives will quickly scratch your expensive marble.
Never use vinegar, ammonia, bleach or other strong chemicals on your marble.
