How to Peel Potatoes Easily
Potatoes are comfort food, and for good reason. Potato salad, mashed potatoes, potatoes au gratin, scalloped potatoes, potato pancakes and a multitude of other potato-based dishes call to mind family meals and picnics. Potatoes are an excellent source of vitamins and complex carbohydrates. They can be cooked easily, and are available almost everywhere at very reasonable prices. The one downside is the skin, which, for many dishes, has to come off. Peeling potatoes is a notoriously tedious job. Getting the skin off without peeling them is a far better option. Does this Spark an idea?
