How to Tie Kendo for Men
According to Fighting Arts, kendo is a martial art form whose name literally means "the way of the sword." Its history is rooted in Japanese fighting methods. During this sport, kendo fighters must wear protective gear to defend themselves against attackers' bodies and weapons. One such piece of this uniform is the kendogi, or do-gi. This jacket is worn by fighters during sparring practice. It is meant to be light enough to not restrict movement and absorb sweat during practice. Does this Spark an idea?
