How to Run Virtual PC
Virtual PC is a program developed by Microsoft that can run another operating system without shutting down your existing operating system. It works by utilizing your system's resources to create a virtual environment in another window. You can install old operating systems in this environment, such as Windows 95 or Linux distributions. Windows 7 requires the latest version of Virtual PC in order to use the "Windows XP Mode" feature which lets you run applications that are not compatible with Windows 7. Once you have successfully installed Virtual PC, you can run the application in a number of ways.
