George Foreman electric grills consists of a wide variety of appliances from small countertop grills to large indoor-outdoor grills. One thing all of these appliances have in common is non-stick grill plates to cook your food without large amounts of oil or added fats. Unplug the George Foreman electric grill and wait for it to cool.

Place one of the drip trays in front of the grill.

Scrape the grill plates with the notched, plastic spatula included with your George Foreman grill to remove any grease or food from the surface. Scrape the food particles into the drip tray as you remove them from the grill.

Wipe the grill plates clean with a rag or paper towel dampened in clean water.

Clean the outside of the George Foreman electric grill with a soft, damp sponge or towel.

Dry the outside of the electric grill with a soft, clean towel.

Wash the drip tray and plastic spatula in hot, soapy water in your sink.

Tips & Warnings
Apply olive oil to the grill plates with a brush or paper towel before cooking to prevent food from sticking to the grill.
You can wash the drip tray and plastic spatula on the top rack of your dishwasher. Do not wash these items on the bottom rack of the dishwasher or they may become damaged.
Dampen a paper towel with cooking oil and use it to loosen baked on food or grease from the grill plates, if necessary.
Never immerse your George Foreman electric grill in water.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on your George Foreman electric grill. These items can damage the non-stick surface of the grill plates and leave behind scratches on the outside of the grill.
