How to Explore a Hard Drive

The computer hard drive, short for hard disk drive, is the internal device that saves and stores all of the computer's data. The computer's file system is also contained in the hard drive. Computer hard drives save data magnetically, so the data stays in the device even after the computer is shut off. If you want to browse the entire contents of your hard drive in one shot, you can use the "Explore" feature from Microsoft.
