  • Coffee grinder
  • Storage container
  • Can of compressed air

      Pour 1 cup of wheat berries into the top of a coffee grinder in the same compartment you would put coffee beans.

      Plug the grinder into an electrical outlet and turn the setting on the grinder control to the finest option.

      Turn the grinder on, wait for the top to empty and then turn the grinder off.

      Empty the ground wheat berries into an airtight storage container. You can keep the ground wheat berries in the freezer for at least six months.

      Spray the inside of the grinder with compressed air to clean out any stray pieces of wheat berries. This is the same can of compressed air used to clean computer keyboards and other devices.
