Bell Canada Call Forwarding Instructions

Bell Canada phones can be forwarded to any number you like.

Bell Canada phones can be forwarded to another land line phone, pager or cell phone. Call forwarding is a monthly service in addition to your monthly phone plan and must be activated before it can be used. The service can be added to your account online or over the phone. Once call forwarding is added to the line the phone can be forwarded as often as you like and for as long as you want.

Instructions

1. Dial "*72" from your home phone.

2. Listen for three beeps followed by a dial tone.

3. Dial the number you would like your number to be forwarded to, then hang up to activate call forwarding.

Tips & Warnings

• If the number you are forwarding you phone to is answered, keep the line open for at least five seconds before hanging up to activate call forwarding.

• If the line is busy or doesn't answer, disconnect the call and repeat the call forwarding steps.
