How to Send a Previous Email As an Attachment Using Lotus Notes
Lotus Notes is an email program developed by the IBM Corporation. Lotus Notes has many capabilities, such as sending and receiving email, providing you with the ability to download email attachments and keep track of your schedule and calendar. Sending an email attachment through Lotus Notes is a quick way to get important information to your co-workers without having to personally take it to them.

Open up Lotus Notes by double-clicking the orange Lotus Notes icon on your computer.

Find an old email that you sent. Click on the sent folder in your email. Sort your emails by name, date or subject to find the previous email that needs to be attached.

Copy the previous email into a Microsoft Office Word document. Save the document.

Go back to Lotus Notes. Open a new email. Type in the email recipient and the subject. Type in your introduction.

Add the Microsoft Word document as an attachment. Place your mouse where you want the attachment to go. In the toolbar at the top of the screen, click on the paper clip symbol. Find the location that you saved your document. Double-click on the document. Your attachment has now been added.

Proofread your attachment and email and click "Send."
