How to Turn on a Toshiba M65-S9092 TV Turner
The Toshiba M65-S9092 is a multimedia laptop computer with a built-in TV tuner for watching cable, broadcast or satellite television. When the laptop is connected to a source signal, you can activate the tuner through the preinstalled Windows Media Center, a multimedia software package bundled with the Windows operating system on the Toshiba. Connect the coaxial cable from your source signal to the threaded jack on the rear of the Toshiba laptop.

Click the start button on the Toshiba screen in the bottom left corner and select "All programs," then double-click "Media Center."

Click "Live TV" to activate the Toshiba's tuner.

Click the up and down channel buttons to change channels and use the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or lower the volume.
