How to Sync Outlook to an iTouch

Microsoft Outlook cannot directly synchronize with your iPhone. Although you can get Outlook data onto the iPhone, it requires using iTunes as an intermediary between your phone and Microsoft Outlook. iTunes can synchronize your iPhone with Outlook every time you sync your iPhone with the computer, letting you fill up your contacts and calendar with ease.

• iPhone USB cable

Instructions

1. Connect your iPod to your PC using the USB cable.

2. Click the icon for your iTouch in iTunes, then click on the "Info" tab that appears.

3. Click the "Sync Calendars from" box and select "Outlook."

4. Click the "Sync Contacts from" box in the Info window, then click "Outlook."

5. Click the "Sync Notes from" box and select "Outlook." Click "Apply" to save changes.
