How to Enable Tweak UI in Windows XP

Microsoft designed a useful program called Tweak UI to go along with the Windows XP operating system. This small program gives users many options when it comes to tweaking the features and functions that are enabled and how Windows performs in general. If you had Tweak UI disabled or if another administrator disabled it, the program will not be allowed to run until it is enabled in the Windows Registry Editor.
