How to Set a New Tab in Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer allows you to open numerous websites from a single window. Old Internet browsers open each page in a new window, which took up a lot of space.

Open Internet Explorer.

Go to the top of the screen and click the "New Tab" button. Pressing the "Ctrl" and "T" keys on your keyboard also opens a new tab.

Open a new tab from an existing link. Right-click on the link and select "Open in New Tab."
