How to Retrieve Voicemail Messages

Voicemail messages can be listened to at your convenience.

If you are unable to take a call, callers can leave a voice message for you to retrieve at a more convenient time. Mobile and landline phone users can retrieve voicemail messages from their phones in a matter of minutes. Voicemail messages can be retrieved from a different phone using the personal identification number (PIN) code you created when you setup the voicemail.

Mobile Phone

1. Press and hold the "1" key, then listen for the greeting.

2. Enter the PIN code for the voicemail when prompted.

3. Listen to the messages.

Landline Phone

1. Pick up your landline phone and dial your phone number.

2. Enter the PIN code for the voicemail when prompted.

3. Listen to the messages.

Away from the Mobile or Landline Phone

1. Dial your phone number.

2. Press the "*" key on the handset.

3. Enter the PIN code for the voicemail when prompted.

4. Listen to the messages.
