1
Lay a plastic tablecloth over your kitchen table and set a cutting board on top of it.
-
2
Stab the top of the pumpkin with a sharp knife and cut around the stem in a circle. Do this at a slight angle so you will be able to remove the stem just by pulling it upward.

3
Throw the stem in the trash and begin cutting the rest of the pumpkin. Do not remove the skin, pulp or the seeds as they can all be juiced. You need to cut your pumpkin in to small 1-inch cubes so that they are easily juiced in your juicer.

Set up your juicer. Consult the owner's manual of your specific juicer for more exact directions. Most juicers require you to set a cup under the spout to catch the juice as it comes out of the machine. The machine itself will have a blade for cutting and a strainer basket for keeping pulp out of your juice.

Place a couple of pumpkin cubes in your juicer at a time until you have juiced them all.
