How to Receive TV on a PC
Enjoy television on your computer by installing an external TV tuner that can capture channels and display them on the PC. External TV tuners hook up to the computer with a USB cable. Tuners also come with a software CD to install on the computer so it can interact with the TV tuner. An external tuner is useful because it connects or disconnects from the PC with a single cable and does not require opening the computer tower or laptop to install an internal tuner card.
