Click "Start," All Programs," open the "Spybot - Search & Destroy" folder and then click "Spybot - Search & Destroy."

Click "Search for Updates." Click a server location and then click "Next." Choose a server closer to your geographic location for faster download speeds.

Check the boxes next to each update listed under "Important Files," if they are not already checked. Click "Download." Spybot - Search & Destroy will install updates.
