How to Save Music on an Xbox HDD

Xbox 360 is Microsoft's version of a gaming console. Each Xbox comes with an internal hard drive so you can save your files, such as game data, music and videos directly to the internal hard drive. This allows you to quickly access the file with reduced load times. You can then play the files on the Xbox. Xbox also has its own music player that plays files from the internal hard drive, as well as files from any compatible external hard drive.

Instructions

1. Turn on the Xbox.

2. Plug a USB drive with the stored music on it into the Xbox.

3. Select "System," then "Memory" from the Xbox's menu. This lists the available drive options, select your USB drive.

4. Choose "Music," then the file you want to copy. Select to copy it to the internal hard drive of the Xbox.
