Eyebrows are the frame for your face. The shape of the eyebrows can change the look of eyes. Grooming eyebrows usually involves removing hair and shaping the brows, with tweezing or waxing. Filling in the color of eyebrows involves using a brow powder or coloring them in with a pencil. Eyebrow pencils can be difficult to use as they can produce a waxy, harsh finish.
Begin applying brow pencil in the center of the brow. Use light strokes and work your way outwards to the tip of the brow. Then, go back and draw it from the center to the beginning of the brow. Use a light hand when using the eyebrow pencil in the area near the nose, as it can look too strong.

Dip a cotton swab in makeup remover. Run it lightly over the penciled brows. As brow pencil can deposit too much color, this softens it and makes it look more natural.
3
Use a brow brush to comb through the brows to blend the color of the brow pencil further. To keep brows in place, spray a little bit of hairspray on a clean mascara wand and brush it onto the brows.
Tips & Warnings
Choose an eyebrow pencil that is within one or two shades of your eyebrows for a natural look.
