How to Set Up Voicemail on a Samsung Eternity

Voicemail messages can be listened to at your convenience.

AT&T's Samsung Eternity is a touchscreen phone with several features including voicemail. Setting up the voicemail on the Samsung Eternity enables callers to leave a message when you are unable to answer the phone. Although you are not required to set up voicemail on the device, doing so ensures that you do not miss important messages. Setting up the Samsung Eternity's voicemail involves recording a personal greeting and creating a password to access the voicemail in the future.

Instructions

1. Tap the "Dialer" icon on the Samsung Eternity's home screen.

2. Press the "1" on the screen and hold it down until your voicemail is dialed.

3. Create a passcode when prompted, then confirm the passcode by reentering the numbers.

4. Record a greeting when prompted. Press "*" to confirm the greeting.

5. Tap "End Call" to end the call.
