How to Add Stationery in Outlook 2007

You can change the design and layout of your Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 email messages by setting up new stationery to use. The stationery options include themes, such as holiday and seasonal themes that affect the font, color and organization of your email template. Adding a new stationery template to your email can help you to add more flair to all of the email messages you send using the Outlook 2007 application.

      Open the Microsoft Outlook 2007 program on your computer and then click the "Inbox" option from the navigation menu.

      Click the "Tools" option from the top menu. Click the "Options" button and the Options dialog box will appear.

      Click the "Mail Format" tab and then the "HTML" option from the "Compose in this message format" list.

      Click the "Stationery and Fonts" option. Click the "Personal Stationery" tab and then the "Theme" option.

      Select the theme you want from the "Choose a Theme" list. When you click a theme, you can preview it in the box on the right.

      Select fonts and then click "OK." Click the "OK" button one more time to close out of the dialog box, and your new stationery will be added.
