Homemade Valentine Boxes for Boys
If your son has a ton of friends at his elementary school, he'll need a Valentine box to carry home all the cards he's sure to receive on Feb. 14. The Valentine's Day school mailbox allows your child to explore his creativity. As you assist him in making his box, encourage him to develop his own sense of design. Show him several options online as you both discuss the advantages of each. Allow him to experiment as he learns to make his own choices about color selection and design elements such as which decals, stickers and wrapping paper to use.
