How do I Put Staples in a bizhub 250?
A Konica Minolta bizhub 250 is a business-grade copy machine. It is a high-speed black and white copier capable of copying single and double-sided copies. Additionally, the copy machine has the capability of collating and stapling items together. Once it is out of staples, the entire staple cartridge must be replaced. The copy machine will alert you to the fact that it needs more staples and will guide you through the process of replacing them.

Open the copy machine front door.

Push up on the staple cartridge holder and then pull the cartridge holder out toward you to remove it from the machine.

Press the "Push" button to unlock the cartridge from the cartridge holder after you have taken it out of the copy machine.

Pull the empty staple cartridge away from the side of the staple cartridge holder.

Slide the new staple cartridge into the side of the staple cartridge holder. The cartridge will be able to slide into the holder only when it is properly aligned. Press downward on the center of the holder to lock the cartridge into place.

Pull the stopper from the cartridge. The stopper is a clear, thin piece of plastic that hangs from the side of the cartridge.

Insert the staple cartridge holder back into place within the copier. The bottom of the unit should enter the copier first. You can tell the top from the bottom as the bottom is larger. Press downward until the holder snaps into place.

Close the door.
