How to Open Blocked Sites for a MacBook
Modern MacBook computers come with built-in parental controls only accessible from an administrator account. With these controls enabled, you can block websites on Safari, Firefox or other web browsers on your computer. If you want to unblock the controlled websites, you need an administrator account password to access the parental controls on a MacBook.

Log in to the Mac under an administrator account. Select “Log Out” from the Apple menu and choose an administrator account log-in, if you are not logged in as one already.

Open “System Preferences” in the Apple menu and click on “Accounts.” Choose the account for which you want to unblock the websites and click “Enable Parental Controls.”

Click “System” and select “Internet” from the menu. Uncheck the boxes next to the browsers on your Mac. Close "System Preferences" and log back into the account with the blocked websites. The websites should no longer be blocked.
