How to Combine Somersize Foods
The word "Somersize" refers to the act of following the dietary guidelines that Suzanne Somers developed, using a technique of food combination. Somersizing was introduced in her book "Eat Great, Lose Weight," the first of the Somersize book series. Somersizing teaches you how to speed up your metabolism while eating satisfying, healthy and delicious meals. Many people have successfully lost weight on the Somersize program.

Tips & Warnings
Somers says that because we consume more sugars than our bodies need as sources of energy, these sugars get stored as fat, which causes weight gain. Eliminating refined sugars and starchy food forces our bodies to use our fat reserves, which causes weight loss.
There are two levels of Somersizing: weight loss and maintenance. During weight loss, you strictly follow the rules above. During maintenance, you incorporate some of the "funky foods" in moderation.
Somers advises that you exercise regularly for optimal results.
Stay well hydrated; strive to drink eight glasses of water a day.
Different people have different results, depending on how much weight they need to lose, age, gender and other factors.
Consult your family doctor before beginning any new diet and/or fitness regime.
