Filemaker administrators can diable menu items for other users.

One of the most useful features of the Filemaker database development program is the ability to host your database files on a server and share them with multiple people. As the designer and administrator of a Filemaker database, you have the option of deciding who can access the file and what features they can use. When defining an account privilege set, you can choose to disable menu items for a certain group of users.
