How to Repair MSN Live

MSN Live, also known as Windows Live, encompasses a variety of Microsoft programs, including Messenger, Movie Maker and Photo Gallery. Users may experience errors when using an MSN Live program without a having a good idea of what is causing the problem or what the solutions may be. The good news is that Windows features a troubleshooting tool for Live which can be accessed through the Control Panel.

1. Open the Start menu from the taskbar. Select "Control Panel."

2. Select "Programs" on the Control Panel. Click "Uninstall a Program."

3. Select "Windows Live Essentials" from the program selection menu. Click "Uninstall/Change."

4. Click "Repair." Select "Continue." Wait for the completion of the repair process.

5. Click "Close." MSN Live programs should now be successfully repaired.
