Putting together a cookbook for a charity is an easy and inexpensive idea that almost anyone can handle. You can design cookbook pages online by inputting some beloved recipes into ready-made templates and then printing out and binding the pages. Visit a template design website--such as hp.com or office.microsoft.com--that has free cookbook templates you can work with. Browse the template selections, and choose the one you like best.

Type your collection of recipes into the template, adding recipe titles, ingredients and directions for each item you want to feature in the cookbook. You can use your personal recipes or collect recipes from other people involved in the charity. Save the project to your computer.
