How to Send Practical Jokes Through Email
Practical jokes are intended to make people laugh. Usually a practical joke involves a physical action, such as replacing a person's tap water with soda water, or short-sheeting someone's bed. However, some practical jokes can be sent over email. Jokes that involve presenting incorrect information as fact, or stories designed to make people laugh can also be considered practical jokes. If you have a joke that you can write down, you can send it over email.

1
Type your practice joke in a word or text document. It can be a joke with a punchline, or it can be a setup to a physical practical joke, such as an invitation to an event that doesn't exist. Save the document on your computer.

2
Open your email program and compose a new message. Type the name of the recipient, or the person on whom you are playing the joke, in the "To" field. Then highlight the words in your document by clicking on them and dragging the cursor to highlight all of the words, while holding down the mouse button. Click "Control C" to copy the document, and then click in your blank message. Click "Control V" to paste the text.

3
Click "Send" to send the joke. If you wish to send it to more than one person, place other email addresses in the "To" field before you send the message. You can also type your own address in the "To" field and then put the other email addresses in the BCC field, separated by commas. This will insure that no one else sees who the message goes to.
