Open your web browser of choice and surf to flashmo.com. Click on the "Browse Flash Templates" at the bottom of the "Free Flash Templates" section near the top of the page.

Peruse the thumbnails of the free Flash templates, then choose one by clicking on the graphic. Click the different links and buttons in the template to see which actions they enable and view the graphics and text used. You may download the elements of the Flash template, scroll down the page until you find the "Download" button, then click on it to begin the download process.

Open the flashmo folder that was downloaded to your computer, then open the first .xml file with Adobe Flash CS3 to begin personalizing the template to your needs.
